Product Description
Used to sweeten wine: Add to wine after stabilizing and clearing. Sweeten to taste. Recommended dosage: 2 oz. per US gallon
- Sugar and/or Glucose
- Frutose
- Potassium Sorbate
- Use a hydrometer to make sure fermentation is complete
- Use a small test batch to determine the amount of sweetness desired
- Use a minimum of 2 oz. per gallon
- Add the desired amount to your full batch
- Stir and bottle
