Whirlfloc Tablets
Whirlfloc is a blend of Irish moss and purified kappa carrageenan in a convenient tablet form. One tablet in 5 to 10 gallons of wort during the last 5 to 10 minutes of the boil will encourage the coagulation and settling of haze producing proteins in the wort providing a clearer wort prior to fermentation. Easy to use and considered more effective then Irish moss.
