Weyermann Chocolate Rye
Weyermann Chocolate Rye malt provides enhanced aroma in dark, top fermented beers as well as improved color. Although similar to chocolate malt made from barley, the rye version has more spiciness and milk chocolate quality.
Sensory properties: notes of bread, chocolate and nuts, as well as mild notes of coffee.
