Oregon Fruit Passionfruit Puree immediately envelopes the senses with a shock of bright chartreuse-yellow and a luscious aroma of tropical flowers. On the palate, it does not disappoint with a light texture and audaciously tangy tropical flavors. This puree will bring passion and tenacity.
Oregon Fruit Purees contain no seeds and have been commercially sterilized. The fruit can be used directly from the pouch and should never be boiled.
When using with beer or mead add directly to the primary or secondary. When using with wine, substitute puree in place of fresh fruit using 10% – 15% percent less puree
