Product Description
Use this temperature controller to override the internal controller on a refrigerator or freezer and gain better control over your fermentation process. Can also be used in conjunction with a heating source to control fermentation temperature in cold environments. Sensor probe monitors the temperature and displays it on the digital readout in Fahrenheit or Celsius. Temperature range can be set from -30°F to 220°F and differential adjustment from 1°F to 3°F
