Calcium Chloride
Calcium Chloride is used to correct mineral deficiencies in water which is to be used for brewing. I It is used in de-mineralized soft to medium hard water to increase permanent hardness. It is useful for adding calcium if the water is low in chlorides and to lower pH in the mash.
Features:
- 0.2 grams/liter increases calcium content by 50 mg/liter
- Used in de-mineralized soft to medium hard water
- Used in place of Gypsum when sulfates are not desired
- Will lower pH in the mash
