Briess Goldpils Vienna Malt is a superb example of the classic Vienna stlye. Less sweet than pale ale malt, it provides rich malty flavor with hint of biscuit, in the finishes. Typically used in Vienna, Ocktoberfest and Marzen Beer.

- Color: Contributes light golden color. 3.5° Lovibond
Usage
- Up to 100%: Vienna and Octoberfest/Marzen beer styles
- 10% or more: All but the lightest beer styles for additional flavor
- 10-15%: High gravity beers like bock beer.
