Aeration in the early stages of fermentation is essential for cell growth. Proper cell reproduction leads to healthy, active fermentation with reduction of off flavors. Aerate wort for 30 minutes after it has been chilled and before yeast has been pitched.
System includes aerator pump, sanitary air filter, 2 micron diffusion stone and air line hose.
