Product Description
The 2000 ml flask is made from borosilicate glass and can tolerate rapid temperature change. This is a good choice for making yeast starters for beer with higher starting gravities. Can be put on an open flame but not recommended for electric elements. If using electric elements it is recommended that the flask be placed inside of a larger pot with water using the water in the pot to bring the wort in the flask to a boil. Accommodates the No. 9½ rubber stopper.
