Product Description
The 1000 ml flask is made from borosilicate glass and can tolerate rapid temperature change. This is a good choice for making small yeast starters or cultivting yeast from small samles. Can be put on an open flame but not recommended for electric elements. If using electric elements it is recommended that the flask be placed inside of a larger pot with water using the water in the pot to bring the wort in the flask to a boil. Accommodates a No. 8 rubber stopper.
