White Labs WLP004 Irish Ale
This yeast come from one of the oldest stout producing breweries in the world. It produces a slight hint of diacetyl, balanced by a light fruitiness and slight dry crispness. Great for Irish ales, stouts, porters, browns, reds and a very interesting pale ale.

Recommendations:
- We recommend that you ship with an ice pack to ensure you receive the yeast in good conditioned.
- Order early in the week to ensure that the yeast is delivered before the weekend.
- Don't order if the temperature in your area is too warm for yeast cells to survive the mailing process or takes more than three days to arrive.
- Make a 2,000 liter yeast starter to ensure you have enough viable yeast cells to properly ferment your beer.
